Is there a registration fee? How and when do I pay it?
Registration is through the Colorado State University Conference and Event Services, closing at the end of day on Friday April 19, 2024. The registration fee includes the meeting space, A/V, coffee breaks, and ALL meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the duration of the Workshop. CALL the hotel at 1-800-234-0267 to book your room, and mention that you are attending the "Adjoint Workshop" in order to receive a special lower Group Rate, and to have the resort fee waived. If you book on the website, you will not be able to receive the Group Rate.

No, one of the hallmarks of the Workshop series is in-person interaction. Presentations will be available on this website after the Workshop.

Oral presentations will be allowed 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
What is the poster format?
What is the poster format?
Poster presentations have a choice between a 'traditional' paper or cloth poster no larger than A0 (3 ft by 4 ft) or a 'non-traditional' poster with wall-mounted size no larger than A2 (18 x 24") and the option for table space to display screens/tablets, handouts, or other materials.
Posters may be uploaded prior to the workshop, and the Workshop will provide a QR code for you to share your poster with other attendees throughout the week in addition to the scheduled poster session on Tuesday afternoon.

Do I have to stay at the Fort William Henry Hotel?
No, although we strongly recommend that out of town attendees stay at the hotel if possible. You will still need to register with the Workshop and pay a registration fee.
